Guest Parking Terms & Conditions Authorization & Validity – This pass permits the holder to park one vehicle in designated visitor spaces for the date(s) and time(s) specified. The pass is non‑transferable and may not be altered. Parking Location – Vehicles must be parked only in areas marked for guest or visitor parking. Parking in fire lanes, handicapped spaces without a permit, reserved resident spaces, or blocking driveways, walkways, or other vehicles is prohibited. Pass Display – The pass must be clearly displayed on the dashboard or hanging from the rearview mirror so that it can be easily verified. Digital passes must be available for inspection upon request. Time Limits & Renewal – Overnight parking or parking beyond the authorized period is not allowed without prior approval. Vehicles remaining after the pass expires may be ticketed or towed at the owner’s expense. Compliance with Rules & Signage – All guests must comply with posted signs, speed limits, and any instructions provided by management or security personnel. Violations may result in the pass being revoked and the vehicle being removed. Vehicle Condition – Vehicles should be properly maintained and free of leaks or conditions that could damage the pavement. Owners are responsible for any cleanup or damage caused by their vehicle. Assumption of Risk & Liability – Parking is at your own risk. The property owner and management are not liable for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or personal property left in vehicles. By using this pass, you release and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims arising out of the use of the parking facilities. Revocation – Management reserves the right to revoke the pass and/or remove any vehicle without notice for violations of these terms or other policies. Revoked passes may not be reinstated without approval. Agreement – By parking a vehicle and/or using this guest parking pass, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by all of the above terms and conditions.
