Terms of Service and Client Agreement – Priority1booting
1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging in any service, transaction, or purchase with Priority1Booting (“Priority1Booting”), you (“the Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between the Client and Priority1Booting.
2. No Refunds / All Sales Final
- All payments, sales, and transactions made to Priority1Booting are final and non-refundable.
- Under no circumstances shall refunds, returns, or chargebacks be issued.
- Once a transaction is processed, the Client forfeits any right to dispute, reverse, or otherwise challenge payment.
3. Accuracy of Information
- The Client is solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of service or transaction.
- Priority1Booting assumes no responsibility or liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information submitted by the Client.
- This includes, but is not limited to:
- Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs)
- License plate numbers
- Registration details
- Any other vehicle-related information
- Even if there is a mistake, typo, or inaccuracy by one character, digit, or detail, the sale remains final, and no corrections, cancellations, or refunds will be issued.
4. Liability Disclaimer
- Priority1Booting is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury to any vehicle, property, or individual, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.
- The Client acknowledges and accepts that all responsibility and risk remain solely with the Client when utilizing services provided by Priority1Booting.
- Priority1Booting does not provide insurance, warranties, or guarantees of any kind for vehicles, equipment, or property.
5. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Priority1Booting, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, disputes, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from or related to:
- The Client’s failure to provide accurate or complete information
- The Client’s use of Priority1Booting’s services
- Any third-party claims resulting from the Client’s actions or omissions
6. Waiver of Disputes
By proceeding with any transaction, the Client waives the right to file disputes, complaints, or legal claims against Priority1Booting in relation to refunds, service dissatisfaction, or damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Florida. Any legal proceedings must be filed and handled exclusively within the jurisdiction of Palm Beach County.
8. Acknowledgment
By completing payment or utilizing services, the Client certifies that they:
- Have read and understood these Terms of Service
- Accept that all sales are final
- Release Priority1Booting from any and all liability, damages, or claims
